BLANKS RETURN POLICY – FINAL SALE
All BLANKS purchases are final sale and non-returnable.
WHAT THIS MEANS
Once you've completed your purchase, the transaction is final. We do not accept returns for:
• Items that don't fit
• Items you changed your mind about
• Color or style not as expected
• General dissatisfaction
All sales are final — no exceptions for fit, preference, or buyer's remorse.
THE ONLY EXCEPTION: DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the product listing, we'll make it right:
• Report within 7 days of delivery with photos
• We'll replace it or refund it — your choice
• We cover return shipping for defective items
• No questions asked — quality is non-negotiable
WHAT COUNTS AS DEFECTIVE
✅ Covered:
• Tears, holes, or seams coming apart (manufacturing defect)
• Severe staining or discoloration (shipped that way)
• Missing buttons or zippers that don't work
• Color significantly different from product photo
• Wrong size/item shipped by mistake
❌ Not covered:
• Items that don't fit your body (this is on fit, not defect)
• Minor loose threads or stitching (normal for quality basics)
• Items damaged after you received them
• Wear from washing or use
HOW TO CLAIM A DEFECT
1. Email marketing@gblanks.shop within 7 days with:
• Order number
• Clear photos showing the defect
• Brief description of the issue
2. We'll review and respond within 48 hours
3. We'll arrange either a replacement (free shipping) or refund to your original payment method
NO RETURNS ON FINAL SALE ITEMS
Clearance, flash sale, and limited-edition items are marked "FINAL SALE" at checkout. These cannot be exchanged or refunded under any circumstance except manufacturing defect.
SIZING & FIT RESPONSIBILITY
Size before you buy. We provide detailed sizing charts and measurements on every product. If an item doesn't fit, that's not a defect — it's fit variance. Please use our sizing guide to choose the right size for your body.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International customers accept the final-sale terms of this policy. Shipping items back internationally is expensive and often impractical. If a defective item is claimed, we'll:
• Replace it and ship internationally (customer covers shipping cost unless defect is our fault)
• OR refund to original payment method minus international shipping cost
